  1. The fares listed are for roundtrip flights in Business Class and do not include port taxes. The price at the time of ticketing will prevail. For information, please contact the EL AL Reservations Center at Tel. 03-9771111 between 8am and 11:45pm.
  2. As part of this deal, a bonus ticket can be issued on the EL AL website, through the EL AL Direct Sales Center or through your travel agent. When contacting the EL AL Reservations Center, please indicate catalog code: SEPEX16
  3. Reservations through the Direct Sales Center, between 8am and 11:45pm at Tel. *2250 or 03-9771111 entails a handling fee of $15 Top Platinum members are exempt from this payment.
  4. The price of one-way bonus tickets will be half of the required number of points for roundtrip tickets.
  5. For this deal, cash surcharge or partial cash surcharge can be paid in points. Subject to the tables above.
  6. Valid for new reservations and ticketing as of the day of publication of the deal and until September 30, 2016​ only. Designated class: for Business - X.
  7. Departures: September 1-30, 2016
  8. Missing points can be supplemented with money. The price per supplementary point is $1.
  9. Destinations may be combined. The higher fare and more stringent conditions will prevail.
  10. Regarding a "remote sales transaction," as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 – (henceforth Consumer Protection Law), cancelation of the transaction is allowed within 14 days from the transaction date and not less than seven work days before the date of the departure flight (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket / voucher confirming reservation).
  11. Regarding a transaction that is not a "remote sales transaction" as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, regulations regarding transaction cancelation, 5771-2010, will apply, according to which cancelation of the transaction is allowed within 14 days from the date the transaction was completed, but not less than 18 work days before the date that the journey begins (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket / voucher confirming reservation). The above will not apply to accommodation services, travel, vacation and recreation which take place wholly outside of Israel, including continuation flights to the flights that originated in Israel that are provided by another airline and vacation packages outside of Israel for which the passenger received cancelation conditions from the supplier of the services before completing the transaction.
  12. Cancelation of the above transaction must be made in writing – by email or fax, directly to the party from whom the flight ticket was purchased.
  13. If these conditions are met, cancelation of the ticket will entail a cancelation fee of 5% of the value of the transaction or NIS 100, the lesser of the two.
  14. In all other cases, and subject to all laws, the EL AL policy regarding cancelations will apply, subject to ticket conditions. For this matter, not using transportation services that have been ordered, whether in whole or in part, for any reason, will also be considered cancelation of a reservation.
  15. The conditions for cancelations or changes in bonus tickets purchased as part of this deal will be in accordance with the conditions for bonus tickets.
  16. The tickets are valid only for EL AL flights (including code share flights to Zurich) even in cases of cancelations or changes initiated by EL AL.
  17. The number of seats is limited. The minimum number of flight tickets offered as part of this deal is 2,000, subject to ticket conditions and seat availability.
  18. Signing up for FLY CARD credit cards:
    Monthly fees will be charged.
    Subject to approval by the company issuing the card and to credit card company regulations
    FLY CARD PREMIUM card is a bank card and its issuance is subject to approval by the banks and the credit card companies
  19. EL AL flights are subject to EL AL's general transportation conditions as specified on the EL AL website.
  20. EL AL may discontinue the deal or change its conditions at any time with no prior notification.
